Message	The number 3 plug looks lean to me. Fuel injector? The compression numbers are ok. I would expect all within the 160 to 170 range. Interesting that plug number 3 has the higher compression of all cylinders and it is showing a lean condition. Did you change injectors and O rings? Might have an air leak. Do you have a EGT gauge in the car?
